Information we hold about candidates
This may include professional history, contact details, materials you send us such as a resume, and notes from our conversations.
How we use it
We use candidate information to evaluate fit for specific searches, to contact you about opportunities, and to represent you to a client when you have agreed to be presented.
Consent before submission
We do not present your profile to a client without your permission for that specific opportunity.
AI-assisted research
We use AI tools to help identify and research potential candidates. AI assists our recruiters; it does not independently decide who is contacted, presented or hired. A recruiter reviews every decision.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and stop contacting you. We will honor those requests.
