Why we built our own recruiting technology

Recruiting tools are largely interchangeable. When every firm licenses the same platforms and searches the same index, the difference between firms comes down to effort rather than capability.

We started from the other direction: identify where recruiters lose hours that produce no placement value, then build software that removes that work. Research summarization, market mapping and candidate discovery are all engineering problems. Conversation and judgment are not.

Lex Duo Search exists so that technology gets tested where it counts — on live searches with a client waiting on a shortlist. If a feature does not shorten the path to a qualified, interested candidate, it does not survive.
